Commissioned to theme the Polar and Jungle course for Bracknell Golfplex during the summer of 2021.
Over the course of five months, DD props executed the entire theming of Bear Mountain mini golf in Bracknell, from the giant bear overlooking the driving range to rocks lining the arctic pool.
The main props - the body of the hippo, the tiki hut, the fishing hut and the whale bones - were created in our Bermondsey workshop and later integrated on site. Others like the bear, the anthills and some of the larger rocks were created from welded wire structures covered in concrete. The wood and smaller rocks were made from piled up blocks enveloped in a layer of cement that was later carved and painted.
